AutoNation Collision Center Clearwater

Absolutely amazing experience working with this location. After reviewing local collision centers I found the reviews for this location to be authentic customer experiences. After an unfortunate mishap with my vehicle (Honda CRV) I came to this place to get an estimate for repairs deciding if I would go through insurance or not. I first met William (Bill) who gave me a thorough estimate for repairs which I then decided would go through insurance. Bill was friendly professional and made the first steps less stressful for me. The experience was exceptional, they treated you with respect and professionalism. Carletta was on top of everything with frequent updates and taking me through the steps of the process. I barely had to do anything as they work directly with the insurance company. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. When the vehicle was completed ahead of time, I was impressed with the quality of work and the cleanliness of my vehicle, cleaner than when I brought it in. They did a great job on the work and detailing the vehicle. Honestly felt like I was driving it out of the dealership for the first time. You can tell they concentrate and focus on getting things right. W

Excellent customer service provided by Carletta! She truly went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue, even speaking with the insurance company on my behalf when I had no idea how to navigate the process lol. She is truly a gem to the company. Andy also provided great customer service throughout the experience. Bill (William) and his team of laborers did an amazing job on my Lexus — the results exceeded my expectations. Ran, the manager, has built a wonderful team and was also very helpful every step of the way. Overall, excellent customer service, a great experience, and amazing results. Thank you all so much! Special thank you to Carletta — you are amazing! ❤️ Xoxo, Dacia

My 2019 Toyota 4Runner was clipped in the rear end. I was recommended to AutoNation collision. I was told my vehicle would be done in 14 days every day. Somebody reached out to me with an update keeping me in the loop on when parts had arrived and how far my vehicle was in the repair process. They finished my vehicle four days before they said it would be done. The paint match was next to perfect. The repair was done perfectly and you cannot even tell that it was an accident.

We had a great experience with Honda Collision Center. Carletta was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire process. She consistently kept us updated on the progress of our vehicle and made sure we understood every step. We are truly grateful for her excellent communication and outstanding customer service. The repair team did an amazing job on our car. After an e-bike hit it, we were worried about how it would look, but they restored it beautifully. The car looks brand new again, you would never even know it had been damaged! The quality of work and attention to detail were impressive. Thank you to Carletta and the entire team for making this stressful situation so much easier. We highly recommend Honda Collision Center to anyone needing repairs!
